Nankhatai
Material
– 1 katori maida, ½ katori sugar, ½ katori gada ghee, ¼ spoon ice cream
essence, charoli or tutee futi.
Method
– maide ko chhanna. Ghee, sugar and essence ko alag se fetna. Fir usme maida
milana. Achhi tarah mix karna. Fir uski round shape me nankhatai banana. Uske
upar knife se plus karna. Centre me tutee futi ya charoli lagana.
