Lahsun ka teekha achaar
Material
– ½ kg lahsun (chhilka utra hua), 2 katori oil, 2 spoon dhaniya, 1 spoon sabut
methi, 1 spoon sabut jeera , 2 chutki hing, 1 spoon lal mirch powder, salt
according to taste, ½ spoon haldi powder.
Method
– dhaniya, methi, jeera and hing ko sukhi kadahi me brown hone tak bhun le. Fir
ise mixer me piss kar powder kar le. Dusri kadahi me ½ katori me oil garam kare
and usme lahsun dale. Adha pak jane par lal mirch powder, haldi powder, salt
and pise dhaniye wala powder isme milaye. Ise 5-10 min tak pakaye and thanda
kare. Baki oil ko garam karke isme milaye. Taste ke liye kala jeera bhi sabut
bhunkar dal sakti he. Ise kaanch ke pain me store kare.
