Hari mirch ka achaar
Material – 500 gm hari mirch
lambe size ki, salt and hing according to taste, 1 spoon soonf, ½ spoon methi
ke dane, 2 spoon refined oil.
Method – mirch ko pahle
lambai me and fir mote tukdo me kat le. Kadahi me oil garam karke sara material
ek sath dalkar chalaye. Medium aanch par 5-7 min paka kar utar le.
