Parwal ka achaar
Material
– 500 gm parwal, 2 spoon lal mirch powder, salt according to taste, 2 chutki
hing, 1 tomato barik kata and beej nikla hua, 1 spoon imli ka pest, 1 spoon
sarso, 1 katori oil, ½ spoon garam masala powder.
Method
– parwal ko dhokar achhi tarah sukha le. Knife se parwal apr 2 cut and thoda
salt lagakar rakh de. 1 kadahi me oil garam kar usme sarso chatkaye. Turant
tomato, imli ka pest dal kar bhun le. 5 min ke bad baki ka material mila kar
achhi tarah bhun le. Jab masala satah chhodne lage tab aanch se utar kar thanda
kar le. Is masale ko parwal me bharkar tej dhoop me 1-2 din rakhe.
