Baby corn ka achaar
Material
– 2 katori medium size ke baby corn , salt according to taste, 3 spoon lal
mirch powder, 1 spoon kalonji, 1 spoon kala jeera, 1 spoon haldi, 1 katori oil,
½ spoon amchur.
Method
– baby corn ko dho kar manchahe size me kat le. Ab in par salt lagakar ek pain
me rakhkar 1 hour ke liye chhod de. Iske bad baby corn ko garam water me 3-5
min tak boil kare. Extra water nikal kar
baby corn ko dhoop me 2-3 hour ke liye sukha le. Jisse sara pani usme se nikal
jaye.
Ab ek pain me baby corn dale. Upar se garam
oil thoda salt and baki material dal kar hilaye. Ise 4-5 din dhoop dikhaye.
Achaar ready he.
White sirka pasand karne wale
oil ke jagah par utni hi quantity me sirke ka use kar sakte he.
