Kabuli chane ka achar
Material
– 1 kg white kabuli chane, 1 katori oil, salt according to taste, 1 spoon
jeera, 1 spoon kalonji, 1 spoon amchur, 1 spoon lal mirch powder, 1 spoon soonf
dardari pisi.
Method
– garam oil me sara material (chane and salt ko chhodkar), dal kar achaar ka
masala ready kar le. Chano ko rat bhar bhigo kar 15 min boil kare. Pani nithar
kar 2 days tak tej dhoop me rakhe. Ab isme achaar ka masala dal kar pain me
palat le. 1 week dhoop me rakhe. Achaar ready he.
