Jamikand ka achaar
Material
– ½ kg jamikand, (chhil kar square size me kata), 1 spoon ajwain, ½ spoon methi
ke dane, 1 spoon dardari pisi soonf, 1 spoon amchur powder, 2 katori sirka, 2
spoon lal mirch powder, salt according to taste, 1 spoon kalonji.
Method-
jamikand ke tukdo ko 5 min ke liye kholte pani me boil kar le. pani nithar kar
sabhi material dhoop me 1 din rakhe. Next day sirke me sara material mila kar
usme jamikand ko palat de. Ise tej dhoop me 2-3 days ke liye rakhe. Achaar
ready he.
