Adarak khatta-meetha
Material
– 250 gm ginger, 150 gm gud, 50 gm hari mirch kati hui, 1 spoon imli ka pest,
salt according to taste, 1 spoon haldi powder, ½ katori oil, ½ spoon kalonji.
Method
– ginger ka chhilka utarkar patle lambe tukdo me kat le. 1 kadahi me oil garam
karke adarak and hari mirch ko fry kare. Isme haldi and salt milakar medium
aanch par pakaye. 2 cup water dalkar boil kare. Gud and imli ka pest milakar
kuch der or pakaye. Gada ho jane par aanch se utar kar kalonji milaye.
