Gujrati chhunda pickle
Material
– 1 kg kachhe mango, 250 gm sugar, 1 spoon dalchini powder, 1 spoon salt, ½
spoon haldi powder, ½ spoon lal mirch powder, chutki bhar red color, 1 spoon
jeera bhun kar pisa hua.
Method
– mango ko dho kar sukha le. Inhe chhilkar kaddukas kar le. Isme salt and haldi
milakar 2 hour ke liye chhod de. Medium anch par kadahi me mango and sugar
milakar pakaye. Sugar ke bulbule uthne par bhi chalate rahe. Taki wo eksar ho
jaye. Baki ka material mila kar aanch se utar le utarne ke bad bhi kuch der tak
chalati rahe. Thanda ho jane par sukhi saaf kaanch ki bottle me palat de.
