Carrot and mirch ka achaar
Material
– 1 kg carrot, 250 gm hari mirch, 2 spoon haldi powder, 1 spoon lal mirch
powder, salt according to taste, 2 spoon sarso ka powder, 2 katori oil, 1 spoon
methi ke dane bhunkar pise hue, 1 spoon kalonji ke dane.
Method
– carrot and hari mirch ko dhokar sukha le. carrot ko manchahe patle tukdo me
kat le. Hari mirch ko bhi half kat le. 1 barni me carrot and mirch dalkar upar
se oil dale. Oil ko pahle garam kare and fir thanda karke dale. Baki ka
material bhi milakar saaf bade spoon se achhi tarah milaye. Ek week tak
continue tej dhoop dikhaye. Tasty achaar ready he.
