Punjabi teekha mango pickle
Material
– 2 ½ kg kachha mango kata hua, 500 gm oil, 200 gm salt, 100 gm haldi, 100 gm
methi dana, 100 gm soonf, 5 gm kalonji, 150 gm lal mirch powder, and hing.
Method
– kacche mango ko dho kar ponch le. Mango ki ghutali nikal kar alag kar le. Oil
ko garam karke thanda kar le. Sabhi upar likhe masalo ko oil me mila le. Is
masale me mango ki chiro ko milakar ise saaf sukhe chini mitti ke pain me dal
le. Iske upar oil thoda or dale. Jisse sara achaar dub jaye. Pain ko band karke
dhoop me rakhe. Kuch dino bad badiya achaar ready ho jayega.
