Phool gobhi (cauliflower) ka achaar
Material
– 1 kg cauliflower, 3-4 hari mirch, 4-5 lahsun, 1 tukda adarak, 1 spoon lal
mirch powder, 1 spoon garam masala, 2 chutki hing, salt according to taste, 5
spoon nimbu ka ras, 200 gm oil.
Method-
gobhi ko chota-chota katkar dho le. Achhi tarah sukhakar rakh le. Adarak, 2
hari mirch, and lahsun ko barik piss le. Kadahi me oil garam karke is pest ko
dalkar 2 min tak bhune. Gobhi and salt milakar sirf 1 min chalaye. 1 barni me
gobhi, barik kati hari mirch dalkar rakhe. Sukhe masalo ko nimbu ke ras or
sirke me milakar upar se dale. 1-2 days tej dhoop me rakhe. Ye achaar 2 days me
ready ho jayega and 1 week tak achha rahega.
