Adarak ka samosa achaar
Material
– 500 gm ginger (bade lambe size me), ½ ml sirka, salt according to taste,
sabhi samose ke liye long, ½ spoon ajwain.
Method – adarak ka chhilka
utar kar lambai me 4-6 inch and width me 2 inch kat le. ye samose ka cover ban
jayega. Baki ginger ko barik kat le. isme salt and ajwain mila kar bhar kar
last parat par long laga de. Is tarah kai samose ready kare. Clean pain me
sirka bhar kar samoso ko usme bhigo de. Tj dhoop me 5-6 din tak rakhe.
