Ginger achaar
Material
– 250 gm adarak, 50 gm lambi hari mirch, 4 spoon nimbu ka ras, 3 spoon oil, 1
spoon haldi powder, salt according to taste.
Method
– adarak ka chhilka utar kar mote and chhote tukdo me kat le. Hari mirch bhi
moti-moti kat le. Oil k chhodkar sara material milakar tej dhoop me 1 din ke
liye rakhe. Next day oil garam karke thanda kar le. and achaar me dalkar fir
2-3 days dhoop me rakhe.
