Pulli (imli) achaar
Material – 500 gm imli, 2
spoon haldi, 1 katori gud kuta hua, 1 spoon sarso ke dane, 1 tukda ginger barik
kata, salt according to taste, and ½ katori oil.
Method – kadahi me 2 spoon
oil garam kare. Isme sarso ke dane haldi powder, and adarak dal kar kuch der
chalaye. Imli ko thode pani me bhigo kar pahle se hi gada pest bana le. ise
kadahi me dale and salt dalkar daga hone tak pakaye. Baki oil ko garam karke is
mixture me milaye. Anch band kar kute gud ko achaar me milaye. Agar jyada meetha
chahte ho to or gud mila sakte he. Khatti meethi imli ka achaar ready he.
