Kair ka achaar
Material
– 500 gm kair, ½ katori salt, 1 spoon haldi powder, 1 spoon kalonji, 1 spoon
sabut kala jeera, 1 spoon pisi kali mirch, 2 spoon lal mirch powder, 1 katori
oil.
Method
– kair ko dho kar sukha le. Sabhi masalo ko 1 sukhe pain me le kar usme garam
oil milaye. Isme kair ko bhi achhi tarah milaye. Is mixture ko barni me dal kar
8-9 days dhoop me rakhe. Achaar ready he.
