Material
– ½ kg teet, 2 spoon dhaniya powder, 2 spoon lal mirch powder, 1 spoon dardari
pisi soonf, 1 spoon haldi powder, 1 spoon barik kata ginger, 2 spoon black
jeera, 2 katori sarso ka oil, salt according to taste and khatati.
Method
– teet ko dhokar sukhe kapde se poch le. Beej sahit manchahe size me kat le.
Garam oil me salt and khatai ko chhod kar sare masalo ko dale and aanch band
kar de. Sukhe pain me teet palatkar upar se masale wala oil thanda karke dale.
Salt and khatai dal kar khub hilaye. Dhoop me 5-6 din dikhne ke bad achar ready
