Nimbu mirch achaar
Material
– 250 gm nimbu, 50 gm hari mirch, 1 spoon lal mirch powder, 2 chutki hing,
1
spoon methi dana bhun kar pisa hua, ½ spoon kalonji, salt according to taste, ¾
spoon oil (garam karke thanda kiya hua), 1 spoon haldi powder, 2 spoon amchur
powder.
Method
– nimbu and mirch ko dhokar sukha le. 1 barni me sabut nimbu and mirch ko salt
haldi and hing me achhi tarah milakar 1 din dhoop me rakhe. Next day nimbu me
baki material mila kar tej dhoop me rakhe. Ise 3-4 weeks lagatar dhoop me rakhne
se achaar tasty banega and nimbu gal jayenge. Isi tarah galgal ka achaar bhi
bana sakti he.
