Karonde ka achaar
Material
– 500 gm karonda, 50 gm sugar, salt according to taste, 2 spoon haldi powder, 1
spoon pisi kali mirch, 1 spoon lal mirch powder, 1 katori oil.
Method – karonde dho kar 2-2
tukde kar le. sabhi masalo ko sugar and oil ke sath mila le. Ready masalo me
karondo ko milaye and khub milaye. Achaar pain me bhar kar 7-8 din dhoop me
rakhe. Is achar ko bhi white sirke me banaya ja sakta he. Oil ki jagah par
sirke ka use kare.
