Rabdi tost
Material
– 1 bread (without slice kati), 100 gm
ghee, 1 liter taar ki chashni, 2 cup milk, 1 spoon pista kaju badam, and 250 gm
khoya, silver work.
Method
– bread loaf ko mote slice me kat le and ghee me tal kar nikal le. Inhe sugar
ki chashni me dal le and kuch der bad nikal le. Milk and rabdi ko milakar gada
hone tak paka le. Har ek slice ke upar rabdi , dry fruit and khoya burke.
Silver work and kesar ki topping karke serving dish me set kare and serve kare.
