tamatar ka achar recipe




 
Tomato pickle

Material – 1kg tomato, 1 spoon jeera bhun kar pisa hua, salt according to taste, 2 spoon lal mirch powder, 5 spoon refined oil, 1 spoon sarso, 2 chutki hing.


Method – badi kadahi me oil garam karke sarso dal de. Sarso ke chatakne par isme barik kata tomato milakar chalaye. Lal mirch powder, jeera and salt milakar medium aanch par pakaye. Continue chalate rahne se tomato ek sar pakega. Jab tomato puri tarah se pak jaye tab hing mila kar chalaye. Aanch se utar kar thanda kar le. Clean kaanch ki bottle me store kare.
