Bharwa lal mirch ka achaar

Material – 1 kg moti lal mirch, 250 gm oil, 100 gm rai powder, 100 gm salt, 100 gm sabut soonf, 100 gm methi powder, 100 gm ajwain.


Method- mirch ko dho kar thoda dhoop me sukha le. Danthal nikal kar danthal ki or se hi mirch ke beej nikal kar alag kar le. Sabhi masalo ko saaf karke mota piss le and usme nikale hue beej and oil mila kar mixture ready kar le. Is mixture ko khokhli mircho me finger ki help se daba-daba kar bhar de. Mircho ko pain me bhar kar rakh de. Ise 8-10 days tak dhoop me dikhaye.
