recipe of capsicum (shimla mirch)






Shimla mirch ka achaar

Material – 500 gm shimla mirch, 1 spoon sarso ka powder, 1 spoon methi dana bhun 


kar pisi hui. ½ spoon jeera bhun kar pisa hua, 4-5 hari mirch barik kati hui, 1 tukda adarak, 7-8 lahsun ki kaliya, ½ cup sirka, ½ cup refined oil, salt according to taste.

Method – hari mirch ko pura 1 din sirke me rakhe. Next day adarak, lahsun, jeera, sarso, and methi ke sath barik piss le. shimla mirch ko half katkar beej nikal le. mote tukdo me kat kar rakh le. ek badi kadahi me oil garam karke masale ko 2 min tak bhun le. Shimla mirch and salt milakar hilaye. Medium aanch par 10 min par paka kar utar le. Thanda karke bottle me store kare.
