Jaitun ka achaar





Jaitun ka achaar

Material – 250 gm jaitun, ½ katori sugar, 3 spoon salt, ¼ katori sarso ka powder, 1 spoon lal mirch powder, ½ katori oil.


Method – jaitun ko saaf karke water me boil kar le. Pak jane par anch band kare and pani nithar le. Jiatun ko sukha kar usme sara material mila le. Is achaar ko ab 10 din dhoop dikhaye. Dhire-dhire sabut jaitun tutne lagenge. Tab samajh jaye ki achaar khane ke liye ready he.
