Muli ka achaar

Material – ½ kg muli, 1 spoon soonf bhun kar pisi hui, 1 spoon haldi powder, 1 spoon dhaniya powder, salt according to taste, 1 spoon amchur powder, 2 spoon oil.


Method – muli ko manchahe size me thode bade tukdo me kat kar god le. 1 bade pain me oil ke sath sara material mila le. Muli ke tukdo ko is mixture me lappet kar tej dhoop me 1 week sukha le. muli ka achaar ready he.
