Rajasthani meetha nimbu ka achaar
Material – 1 kg nimbu, 250 gm
sugar ki chashni, salt according to taste, 2 spoon lal mirch powder, 1 spoon
garam masala, chutkibhar hing, 2 spoon mungfalli ka oil, ½ spoon jeera, 1 dhela

Method- nimbu ko manchahe
size me kat kar usme mirch and salt chhidak kar dhoop me 3-5 din tak rakhe.
Nimbu ke such jane par ek pain me palte and upar se sugar ki gadi chashni dale.
Baki material dalkar khub hilaye and tej dhoop me 10 days tak continue rakhe.
