ANGOORI KHEER


 



 
Angoori kheer

Material – 50 gm paneer, 1 spoon ararot powder, 8 spoon water, 250 ml. milk, 3 spoon sabudana, ½ spoon kesar milk me bhigoya hua.


Method – paneer me ararot milakar chote chote grapes ki shape ke balls ready kar le. Ek pain me 4 spoon sugar and 8 spoon water milakar sugar ghulne tak pakaye. Isme paneer ke balls dale. And medium aanch par 15 min tak pakaye. 2 hour tak ise yu hi rakhe. Ek pain me milk dale. Sabudana dardaara karke dale. Bachi sugar and kesar dalkar 30 min tak rakhe. Paneer balls ke ras ko nichod kar kheer me dale. Thanda serve kare.
