KESARI PUYE






Kesari puye

Material – 2 cup milk, 200 gm khoya kasa hua, 1 cup maida, 1 ½ cup sugar, thoda sa kesar, ghee, elaichy, pista and anar ke dane.


Method – milk ko garam kare. Isme kasa hua mava and elaichy powder dale and acchi tarak fete. Maida milaye and acchi tarah se fet kar 10 min tak rakhe. Sugar me 1 cup se thoda kam water milakar 2 taar ki chashni banaye. Kadahi me ghee garam kare. Isme 1 spoon maida ka mixture dalkar puye bana le. Chashni me dale and serving dish me set kare. Anar ke dane burak kar parose.
