CUSTARD GULAB JAMUN





 

Custard gulab jamun

Material – 1 liter milk,  1cup sugar, 2 spoon custard powder, ½ cup seasonal fruit barik kate, 7-8 ready gulabjamun


Method – milk ko sugar ke sath boil kar le. Custard powder ko thode se gungune milk me milakar gada pest ready kar le. Boiled milk me custard dalkar teji se chalaye. Gada hone par annch se utar kar thanda kare. Gulabjamun and seasonal fruit dale.
