BHUTTE (CORN) KA HALWA



 

 
Bhutte ka halwa

Material – 2 cup fresh corn, ¾ cup sugar, elaichy powder according to taste, thoda sa kesar, 3 spoon dry fruits, and ¼ cup milk.


Method – fresh corn ko dardara piss le. Ek kadahi me ghee garam kare. Corn milakar 2-3 min tak bhune. Milk milakar corn ke pakne tak ubale. Sugar, elaichy, and dry fruit milaye. Garmagaram serve kare.
